Classic Roadsters has always been known for the high quality of our fiberglass. Steel alignment pins in our breakaway molds not only mean minimum parting line distortion, but also minimum body preparation prior to painting. Our bodies also feature turned back edges at the fender wells for increased strength and a solid look. The result is the most beautiful automobile finish possible for the most reasonable cost.

Body Components:
Note: Classic Roadster’s fiberglass body system comes in eight segments to allow for easy replacement should that occasion arise. We turn back flanges at wheel openings and body connecting points for greater strength and no external body fasteners on the main body. Also, the inner door liners are laminated to their respective outer door shell, with hinge and latch locations molded in for your convenience.

The remaining components of your Saxon or MX must also be high-quality and correctly engineered to deliver the fit and finish common to satisfying automobiles. We believe our commitment to quality is visible from the hand stitched pleats in every bucket seat to the usually unnoticed edging which completes your carpet set. Beyond good looks, door openings are larger, seats are recessed into the frame for more headroom, and leg room has been stretched. If you could have experienced the tiny door opening, cramped quarters, and angled seating of the original Healeys, you would realize that comfort was not a concern in the original models. But we have made it a major concern in both the Saxon and MX to give you the most comfortable and functional sports car. You too, will appreciate the enhancements of this fine automobile.
